Got the notice for the second one in Leiper's Newsletter. The City should post all of these on their website and send notices to anyone subscribed to the Stage 2 newsletters. 

The City often has a very divided view, by Ward or general area (Orleans, Kanata, Barrhaven, Vanier...) They don't seem to realize that some people are invested in the entire city.

There definitely should be a "All Stage 2 Updates" option when signing up, as well as a way to see it in a organized matter that would easier to navigate than the city defaults website.
