I was just looking at the GeoOttawaMap for Baseline station, which shows it as a centre platform station. As discussed in another topic, I would imagine it would operate like Blair will, with arriving trains alternating from one platform to another. There is a track switch just north of the station to permit this.

Also, if you look at Google Maps satellite view, you can see the tunnel entrances at both ends, as well as the possible entrance points in the middle. A larger entrance building and 3 smaller entrances. They are currently capped off but you can clearly see their intended use from the shape and position.
